We would like to inform you of an ongoing issue affecting some servers running cPanel.
The root cause is a license validation issue within cPanel’s licensing infrastructure following a recent update on their side. Although cPanel has announced that the primary incident has been resolved, we are continuing to observe intermittent license validation delays affecting some servers.
As a result, a small number of servers may experience temporary interruptions while cPanel and LiteSpeed attempt to validate their licenses. Once license validation succeeds, services automatically return to normal.
Our engineering team is actively monitoring all affected servers and remains in direct contact with the cPanel team. According to their latest guidance, the remaining intermittent delays are related to the unusually high volume of license validation requests from cPanel servers worldwide following the incident.
