We’re excited to announce a brand-new feature for our WordPress Cloud Hosting Panel — you can now download backups directly from your dashboard! 

This feature gives you more control and flexibility over your websites and emails by allowing you to securely store backups on your own device.

Download a Backup

You can now download website or email data with just a few clicks:

1. Open Websites in the left sidebar.

2. Select Manage on the website you’d like to back up.

3. When the website dashboard loads, click the … (options menu) in the top-left corner.

4. Choose one of the following:

    

   • Download website data → Downloads all files and databases.

   • Download email data → Downloads all email accounts and passwords.

    

Once selected, the backup will immediately start downloading to your browser.

⬆️ Upload a Backup

Need to restore or migrate your website? Uploading backups is just as easy:

1. Open Websites in the left sidebar.

2. Select Add website and create a blank website.

3. When the website dashboard loads, select Upload backup.

4. In the modal, click Choose file, select your backup, and the import will begin automatically.

⚡ Note: Uploads are subject to the email and database resources available on your package.

✅ Your previous backups will remain available even after uploading a new one.
