The Download Backup feature in the WordPress Cloud Hosting Panel allows you to download a copy of your website or email data directly to your device. You can also upload backups to restore or migrate a site easily.
Download a Backup
To download a backup of a website:

Open Websites in the left sidebar.

Select Manage on the website you would like to download.

In the website dashboard, click the … (options menu) in the top left corner.

Choose one of the following:

Download website data – Downloads all website files and databases.
-
Download email data – Downloads all email accounts and passwords.

???? The selected backup will be downloaded to your browser immediately.
Upload a Backup
When you upload a backup to a website, the site’s previous backups will still remain available.
To upload a backup:

Open Websites in the left sidebar.

Select Add website and create a blank website.

When the website dashboard loads, select Upload backup.

In the modal window, click Choose file and select your backup file.

Once a file is selected, the import will begin automatically.
⚡ Note: Uploads are subject to the email and database resources available on your hosting package.
